Javasparks is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in IT support is required.
