Technical Support Engineer Full-Time

TechSupport Co. is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure computer systems and networks.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities.
