Job Description:
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness, injury, or emergency.
- Maintain and update health records, medical logs, and incident reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular health assessments, medical evaluations, and assist in pre-employment medical processing.
- Promote health and wellness programs, workplace safety, and employee education initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR and safety officers on occupational health standards, compliance, and reporting (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC license.
- Preferably with BOSH Training (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) accredited by DOLE.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a company or clinical nurse; experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in occupational health standards, emergency response, and government health regulations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
