Key Duties: Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market. Sourcing and Candidate Management: Source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Offer guidance on best practices for selection and onboarding processes. Recruitment Operations and Metrics: Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate documentation and reporting.
