Job Description:
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to support strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data and develop business cases to guide key decisions across functions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights for innovation, pricing, and investment.
- Develop dashboards and tools for real-time financial reporting and decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff within the section.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficient in ERP and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
